At Little Explorers, children will engage in a summer camp experience where imagination is encouraged through open- ended loose materials exploration, art creations, STEM activities, creative movement, music, stories and lots of outdoor discovery play!
Teachers will utilize our Reggio-inspired approach to respond to the children's interests and development with provocations and ideas to engage, inspire and extend their curiosities.

Camp Themes
(3 week sessions- Enrollment includes all 3 weeks)
Self-Expression Through Art and Storytelling : June 26-July 14
With each creation, interaction or discovery, there is a story. Children will have the freedom to express themselves through art and storytelling with this hands-on themed camp session! Children will engage all of their senses while exploring different art mediums, sensory play, imaginative play, dress up, creative storytelling, and more. Children will be encouraged to think about the story behind their creations and play to immerse themselves deeper into the script and stretch their imaginations.
Each new grouping of children comes with its own new and unique personality and interests. Teachers will respond to the children's interests with new provocations as the session progresses to provide a unique experience for their group of campers.
*LEDS will be closed Tuesday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day.
Self-Expression Through Music and Movement: July 17-August 4
Getting to know our bodies through movement and music engages the mind and body together, creating deeper learning and richer experiences. In this hands-on camp session, children will explore many ways to move their bodies, create and appreciate music, and connect movements to music. Children will have lots of opportunities for open-ended play, outdoor play and discovery based activities.
